****COVER WITH AUGMENTED REALITY**** Argentinian producer Translate synthesises states of consciousness and perceptions into his semantics of sound, creating a distinct language of mental techno through hypnotic repetition, precision and deeply immersive atmospheres. His presence in this realm extends through his label Relativity, whose latest EP brings together tracks by Mike Parker and Oscar Mulero, while his own productions have appeared on Svreca’s Semantica Records. For his DIG release, Translate shifts into a broader spectrum, revealing a side of his production that has remained unexplored until now. DIG Curated captures this moment of a new sonic expansion between his signature hypnotic journeys and a stripped-down techno sound. Expansive opens the record with Translate’s distinct mental techno, pushed into an added psychedelic dimension. With a vast and trippy sound, the track steadily fills the space, inviting the dancers to go inward and simultaneously reach out into a collective morphic field. With Discursive, the coordinates shift, introducing a very stripped-down techno side of Translate’s production and a palette rarely heard from him before. Reduced to its essential elements, the track cuts directly through the floor with a functional groove, whilst retaining the tension embedded in his sonic DNA. On the B side, Fuse accelerates with fast-moving pads, mechanical drums and swerving loops that gradually lock the body into trance. Quirky textures spiral throughout, with robotic glitches sounding like organic beings. Coefficients closes the record by pulling the listener into rich bass and expanding loops over a cold melody that guides the final journey into a cosmic unfold. Hypnotic sci-fi vocals emerge from an interplanetary future, traversing space in search of earthly traces. The record ends suspended somewhere between the transmission and unknown, like a sonic threshold. To celebrate three decades of a dancefloor masterpiece, Boris Dlugosch’s 1996 classic house anthem "Keep Pushin'" is receiving a 30th-anniversary reissue. Featuring the unmistakable vocals of Inaya Day and production contributions from Mousse T., the track has been revitalised for contemporary dancefloors.

The package introduces stellar new remixes from Soul of Hex and global heavyweight Purple Disco Machine.

For the purists, the B-side revives the revered DJ Disciple & Mousse T. Hard Dub, alongside the sought-after Path Of Dub Mix.This is a definitive, must-have release for collectors and DJs alike.

We are very happy to announce the 10th release by Fresh & Low on their own “TREASURES” series on RAWAX! This time, we have the honour of presenting something very special. It’s a split EP featuring Fever Tension—originally released on Black Vinyl Records in 1999—and Fresh Juice II, also first released on Black Vinyl Records in 2000.

Stockholm house mainstays Ari Bald & CJ Scott return to Studio Barnhus with Colombiance, their fourth EP for the label and another generous serving of homegrown dance music from two of our most dependable suppliers.
“Trippin’ Totems” opens in suggestive, hypnotic mode, rolling forward on layers of percussion and a groove that seems to tighten the longer it runs. “Coral Capers” brings the piano to the party, bright and buoyant on the surface with just enough melancholia underneath to keep things interesting.
“Mole Patrol” picks up the pace considerably, a chugging and increasingly intense workout built for peak-time deployment, before “Baobab Bonanza” closes proceedings in more spacious fashion, with great waves of sound washing in and out over a floaty, rolling house groove.
Another intriguing chapter in an increasingly distinctive Stockholm house story, out October 30 on 12'' vinyl and digital platforms, with lovely artwork by Eliot Axelsson.

The fifth release on Phorum imprint comes from Dutch producer Siphonophora. Rooted in the deeper reaches of hypnotic techno, her sound is shaped by pulsating low-end, intricate percussion and subtle tonal shifts, unfolding through immersive, sci-fi-tinged atmospheres.

Stix Records, a sub-label of Favorite Recordings, is back with Disco Reggae Vol. 7, continuing a series that goes back more than 20 years, to the success of The Dynamics’ acclaimed album Version Excursions.

Born in Jamaica, reggae has always shared deep roots with Soul, Funk, R&B and Pop. Over the decades, Jamaican musicians have mastered the art of reinterpreting iconic songs through their own unique musical language. With the Disco Reggae series, Stix Records celebrates this rich tradition, bringing together fresh reggae interpretations of timeless classics from across the musical spectrum.

For this seventh volume, Charles Maurice has once again carefully curated a selection packed with gems, featuring reinterpretations of tracks by Hall & Oates, Gloria Estefan, Crystal Waters, Patrice Rushen, Cameo, Joe Smooth, and many more.

Behind the controls, the usual crew of friends is back: Taggy Matcher, Mystic Jungle, Soul Sugar aka Booker Gee, and Mato. This time, they are joined by Dub Shepherds and Slowly from Japan, who each bring their own flavour to the collection with two killer covers.

The result is another feel-good journey through Disco, Funk and Reggae, made for dancing under the stars, cruising with the windows down, or simply vibing with friends.

Disco Reggae Vol. 7 is another chapter in Stix Records’ ongoing celebration of the timeless connection between Jamaican music, classic songs and the dancefloor.

We are finally ready to unveil one of the most exciting projects we have worked on in our label's history: a new release by legendary disco project Hudson People, best remembered for their essential classic "Trip to Your Mind" - which just received its anniversary issue on our label!

Now it's time for "Hold On" - a brand-new single featuring several mixes based on an original recording from the late 1980s, with the completely unheard yet incredibly soulful voice of singer Rickey Owens, whom composer and producer Reginald Hudson worked with at the time.

When we first got in touch with Reg Hudson several years ago, we were originally interested in releasing his "Shake It - Make It Loose" album, which he recorded with John Davis (later known as one of the real voices behind Milli Vanilli). While talking about John Davis (RIP) and other great GI singers such as Karl Keaton, Reginald Hudson immediately mentioned Rickey Owens as one of the best singers he had ever worked with.

Of course, we had never heard of him, as none of his music had ever been released. But when Hudson showed us some old demos and sent us the original DAT recordings, we were immediately hooked.

"Hold On" was recorded in or around 1988 with a simple drum machine and keyboard accompaniment - essentially a demo intended to be recorded properly in a better studio. But the vocal performance was simply stunning, complete with beautifully recorded ad-libs. Owens had a truly remarkable, clear voice with an incredible amount of soul. Luckily, Hudson had his old DAT tapes digitized several years ago, so the acapella recordings survived in excellent shape.
We immediately reached out to several producers to create reworks of the track. The 12" EP compiles some of the most club-friendly of these new mixes - but there is more to come…

First up is Thomas Redfern, a senior producer, professional studio musician and keyboardist from London, UK. His version is a catchy, funky yet deep House track that could easily become a favourite on dancefloors around the globe. Redfern also blessed us with a dub mix that takes things even deeper.
But it gets even catchier on side B of the vinyl. Tom Quick sped up the tempo, added filters and delivered a rework that could make fans of Chromeo, Daft Punk, Stardust and any late-'90s French House afficionado go completely nuts. Yes, we mean it! With a fresh twist on the original, the track has a massive club appeal that we hope both DJs and dancers will dig.

The vinyl single is completed by a mix from German legend DJ Friction, whose version is based on synth layers from the Tom Quick mix. Friction added new drums and bass, giving the track the distinctive modern electro boogie funk vibe he is known for. His mix brings to mind classics such as Shannon's "Let the Music Play" and works of Freestyle's Tony Butler.

The vinyl 12" with 4 mixes is released on The Outer Edge's brand-new sublabel, 1st Floor Records, which focuses on more dancefloor-oriented material. More mixes are available digitally and should not be missed.

Los Angeles-based producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Dexter Story returns with his sixth album, T'som (pronounced sawm), a deeply personal work inspired by the spiritual practice of fasting. Meaning "fasting" in the Afro-Semitic languages Tigrinya and Amharic, as well as in Arabic, Tsom represents a time of prayer, reflection and discipline across northeast Africa. Guided by this tradition, Story draws on the musical heritage of the Horn of Africa and musical traditions of the Middle East to create a spiritual jazz album that reflects on devotion, transformation and the power of letting go.

Hackney Electronica come to Dark Entries with the Feedback Memory EP, featuring 5 cuts of acidic rave-inflected wave. Quinn Whalley (Paranoid London), Unai Trotti (Cartulis Music), and Margo Broom (Hermitage Working Studios) formed Hackney Electronica during COVID era. Trotti and Whalley were spending countless hours digging through records and making music during lockdown. As their sound took shape – heavy and hypnotic – they invited Broom to join, cementing the motley trio. Following their debut EP, Synaptic Shadows, the five pieces on Feedback Memory muse on the loss of self in the digital era and the fine line between pleasure and paranoia. Each track pulses like a memory from the backstreets of Hackney, where the night transforms the city into an electrified maze of fleeting highs and inevitable crashes. Idealism Forever is the reissue of Digitalism's genre defining debut studio album from 2007. After the 2024 release of the limited remastered 3 LP set which is sold out completely, this new version is on 2LPs but still has all bonus tracks from the 2024 release. The analogue master of the album shows the songs in their best outfit and the bonus material, which originally was recorded while making the album back in the days, breath the energy of the original recordings. To date the album tracks have been used in numerous games and commercials. They have been sampled and used in new song interpretations all around the world. The songs have millions of streams over the different platforms and never lost their appeal.

Songs like Miami Showdown, Circles or 2 Hearts still belong to the most streamed tracks of Digitalism's catalogue. To date the album tracks have been used in numerous games and commercials. The band just released their highly acclaimed new album Optimism alongside a European tour in November. This 2026 re-issue is the first edition since the album release in 2011. The LP was sold out for years and now it's back limited to 300 copies on sky blue vinyl.

NOTON is pleased to announce the release of LICHTSTIMME and SCHATTENSTIMME by Alva Noto: two soundtracks for a film that never existed.

The starting point is E. T. A. Hoffmann's The Sandman: a world where perception and reality drift apart, and the question of identity remains unresolved. Recognition, in Hoffmann, is never quite secure. The doppelgänger is less a figure than a condition, the point at which the self can no longer vouch for itself.
The first record, LICHTSTIMME begins in an open, almost weightless sonic world. Something still appears untouched. The music carries a sense of proximity, clarity and trust. But this sense of certainty does not remain. Gradually, the proportions begin to shift. Sounds lose their definitiveness; familiar structures become strange. The music begins to question its own surface. What initially appears as light already contains the possibility of its shadow.
With the second record, SCHATTENSTIMME, the instrument enters the sonic space. The pieces were recorded together with percussionist Rainer Römer and the Ensemble Modern. A central role is given to the Sixxen, the extraordinary metallic percussion instrument originally developed by Iannis Xenakis together with Les Percussions de Strasbourg and instrument maker Robert Hébrard for Pléiades. Its resonances, unusual microtonal structure and distinctive timbre make it an instrument that resists being placed within a familiar musical context. Complete Sixxen sets are extremely rare and require highly specialised construction.
The instrument appears only on the second record. Its absence from LICHTSTIMME and its arrival on SCHATTENSTIMME are structural. It behaves like a shadow: present only when something else has already changed. With its appearance, it is not only the sound that changes. The entire musical space seems to shift its character. The Sixxen's metallic sound becomes the unfamiliar. The unfamiliar becomes a counterpart.
The two records follow an inner movement: from light to shadow, from trust to doubt, from identity to doppelgänger, and back to a harmony that is no longer quite the same. What emerges as an independent, personal sonic language has been transformed by the journey. The unfamiliar has not disappeared. It has become part of the self.
LICHTSTIMME and SCHATTENSTIMME are records about the instability of the familiar. Something is always almost recognisable and never quite confirmed, in the story, and in the sound.

Following up the launch of his own Dustbin Digs label, Manchester local Rossiter piles four of his own atop the stack of goodtunes97 wax.
Side A lifts off into the clouds with Feels So Good. The rhythmic shuffle, hint of UKG, and a determined bassline get to the gate as spacey chords are cleared for takeoff. Go Straight carries the trajectory, pressurizing the cabin in breezy dubbed transit. Keys vaporize on the periphery as Rossiter mitigates turbulence with careful cadence, maneuvering high-altitude with grace.
With two stops still to go, the B-Side gets off and running upon arrival. Round & Round kicks up dust as the low end stomps out the homestretch, tenaciously hitching a ride to our final destination. P45 is the long awaited return to familiar territory – nostalgic chords carrying beats so blissed they stutter. Interview samples from legendary UK producer/DJ Grooverider give the track a cultural anchor, connecting its contemporary sound to the lineage of UK dance music and the culture that shaped it.
Each side balanced with equal parts heavy and light, Rossiter’s Round & Round EP firms up the fifth release for goodtunes97.

Hot, hot tip! Uh Oh Ah Ow Hah!

What began as a pandemic-era radio show on Openlab FM and Ralph Lawson's sonic escape hatch into distant electro worlds has since become a consistent home for the genre. Exit Planet Earth returns from hiatus with a new chapter, and Manchester's Jonny Strinati, aka Kalcagni, is the ideal artist to reopen the transmission. Already well-versed in the EPE universe through the radio show and releases on Cosmoba and Distrito 91, Strinati drops relentless machine beats, intricate synth programming that references all forms of electro from Kraftwerk to Drexciya, with dynamic bass and cinematic designs. It's an intergalactic mind trip as much as a dance floor workout and the production is next level. Welcome back!

London mainstays Half Baked push beyond a quarter of a century here with Romanian house favourite Dan Andrei debuting on the label. He offers the beautifully clean and serene ambient, minimal and tech fusion that is 'Orange Sunshine' - the sort of 5am gem that soundtracks deep immersion in an alternative world, complete with real beauty in the chords. Sticky' has a more pronounced rhythm and bubbly blend of rubbery drums and bass, while spacecraft-life synths circle the groove and neat melodic patterns unfold with a curious nature. London duo Brainsurfers aka Harry McCanna and Sam Bangura add more drive but keep things deep and crank up the cerebral details.

Solid Groove hits naughty 40 and marks the occasion by serving up some 90s and 00s cuts from this and the Mysterious Dark label that have been hard to pin down ever since. 'Straight Ahead' is a loose-limbed and percussive tribal jumble, ''Dark 4' is fizzing, Basic Channel-style dub techno and 'Travel' is a grainy, textured deep techno cut that loops back and forth and causes your mind to wander amid the dewy pads. Previously CD-only track 'Dawn Over The Blue Planet' from Aubrey's Liquid Funk LP on Offshoot also makes its vinyl debut and is a brain-soothing deep house jam with stray melodic twinkles and an Omar-S style groove.

Frenchman Franck Roger seems to be in something of a purple patch right now, with a steady stream of succulent deep house vibes flowing from his studio, most often on Seasons Limited. 'In Motion' is a perfect set builder with its traditional deep house groove infused with whimsical melodies and a sprinkling of percussion that gets you ready for more. 'SH Time' is named after a choice piece of Roger's studio gear and swirls with lovely smeared pads, and '6th Track' closes with some persuasive swing and just the right amount of vocal heat. Early doors, late at night, outdoors in the sun, this is a useful EP for real house heads.

"Surface Noise Isn’t A Crime" continues NOREPRESS’ exploration of texture, pressure, and imperfect sound as core elements of underground electronic music. Across four tracks, the release moves through Deep Tech House, Dub Techno, Electro, and Breakbeat without settling into fixed genre boundaries, balancing functionality with experimentation throughout.

A1. Tvardovsky feat. Andrey Zverev – Flute Meditation opens the record with a dense, slowly unfolding trip built on dub space, electro tension, and hypnotic Tech House movement. Organic flute phrases drift through layered percussion, evolving bass pressure, and spacious analog textures, creating a strange collision of futurism and nostalgia. The track resists obvious peak-time formulas, choosing gradual transformation over immediate impact and rewarding deeper immersion with every transition.

A2. Osman Öz – Regrets moves into softer territory without losing rhythmic weight. Warm breakbeat structures, airy melodic fragments, and fluid low-end movement give the track a calm but persistent momentum. Osman Öz keeps the arrangement restrained and precise, allowing groove and atmosphere to carry the emotional core of the composition naturally.

On the B-side, Kirill Matveev appears under his Natural Piece Of Aloe alias with two contrasting interpretations of the project’s dub-informed language.

B1. Salto Mortale is playful, unstable, and constantly mutating. Rhythms stretch and reorganize themselves around shifting tonal fragments, while the arrangement moves with the loose unpredictability of an improvisation session. Despite its complexity, the track never loses control, maintaining a strong forward pull through every unexpected turn.

Closing the record, B2. Columbo Beat, Kirill Matveev - Sundub pushes deeper into darker territory. Acid sequences slice through heavy dub atmospheres while rugged drums and saturated low-end pressure drive the track forward with raw physical energy. Distortion, space, and movement interact continuously, turning the track into a hypnotic late-night tool designed for more adventurous dancefloors.

When „Fom Within“ was released 13 years ago. the track found its way into almost every DJ-Case that summer, and to this day, people playit out at special moments. likethis have been doing fine work reissuing Eddie Richards gems from his peerless vaults and he often gives them a fresh lick of paint for the occasion, as he did with these two tunes, which came out back in January but soon disappeared. Thankfully, we're treated to a repress on 180 gram vinyl. 'Be Still' (revisit) is first and is one of those grooves you lean back for - the drums are seductive and persuasive rather than overly forceful and are laced with pads that only heighten the breezy effect. 'AbsurED' is tougher, with swinging 909s that are deep but jacked and brought to life with spoken words and blasts of bold bass.
